Mind
Our minds are active throughout the day and are subjected to a tremendous amount of sensations and stimuli. We've never been taught how to deal with this in a healthy way, while the number of stimuli continues to increase.
This leads to us no longer leading mentally, but suffering. It causes us to be overtaken by our thoughts; this constant battle consumes an enormous amount of energy. As a result, we have less attention, less focus, and less resilience.
This negative spiral can eventually lead to a "bad day." This can develop into a bad week or a bad phase in our lives. It's up to us to take back control and take care of ourselves mentally. We have the power to decide whether we're being lived, or whether we take the helm.
