FlowRise offers various ways for people to create their own balance, energy, attention, focus, and love in their lives. Balance is found, improved, and maintained through the mind-body-soul triangle.

When these three realms are consciously experienced, the unity that we are as human beings is balanced. As a result, we experience more energy and greater focus. This allows us to give and receive more attention, to give and receive more love. To achieve this, I act as a guide.

The guidance is offered online through personal and group lessons. Trust is central to the sessions. It's a safe space where we can be honest and open about everything. You'll learn how to cultivate your own peace of mind most easily, allowing you to apply this in your daily life. We'll also explore your preferred area of focus so we can work together toward a new level of balance.

Mind

Our minds have to work incredibly hard, all day long. We're never taught how to manage the sheer volume of daily stimuli. Through these sessions, you'll learn how to regain control of your own mind.

These sessions focus on physical health. We'll pay attention to our bodies. What can we do to take better care of our vehicles? From physical exercise to healthy eating.

Soul

The soul reveals where our passion lies. We cover everything necessary to help you live your life with an open heart. Dream analysis is also possible through our soul sessions.

The sessions ensure that you regain your balance, gain improved focus, and experience more energy. FlowRise is an online guide to mindfulness, spirituality, and physical well-being. The support is for anyone who is open to working on themselves. Through the sessions, you discover strategies and tools to ensure that you can better take care of your own well-being.

This allows you to become mentally, spiritually, and physically stronger and healthier. It ensures that you are once again able to lead your life the way you want. It gives you the opportunity to take the helm of your life again, allowing you to determine your own course. The FlowRise sessions can be scheduled flexibly to fit within your current activities.

Through the sessions, FlowRise can offer support for various mild and severe complaints. These include: stress, nervousness, panic, anxiety, worrying, relationship problems, restlessness, aggression, gluttony, apathy, and pride.

How do we get started?

Rates

We start with a free introductory consultation. A personal session with FlowRise, focusing on Mind, Body, or Soul, costs €60. A half-hour session costs €35, and a short session is €20. You will receive an invoice after the session.

Sessions for companies and groups are also possible

The sessions take place online via video calling. This can be done with or without a camera, whichever you prefer. We start with an introductory meeting, which is completely free of charge. Afterward, you always have the option of scheduling future lessons. Everything discussed is confidential and remains strictly between us.


Sessions are offered for individuals and groups, for all ages: seniors, adults, teenagers, and children.
